We are currently looking for a Residential Construction Manager to manage and oversee all phases of residential construction, ensuring budget, schedule and most importantly, quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction from new start to finish. Utilize Buildertrend to manage scheduling and document job progress for each home. Oversee build schedules by communicating with management and Trade Partners ensuring timely completion of all projects. Meet construction budget and timeline by monitoring project expenses, identifying VPOs, and implementing corrections. houses throughout the build to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Schedule punch work and corrections with Trade Partners. Schedule inspections for each phase of the build. Order materials for each job. Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards and procedures.
Skills:
Strong organization skills are a must. Detail oriented. Proficient in Apple products, including iPads and iPhones. BuilderTrend knowledge a plus. Ability to learn new software products quickly.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. High school diploma, or equivalent. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and process large amounts of information quickly.
Pay:
$70-$85k
