The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

## Duties

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Oversee daily operations on the construction site
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Implement and enforce safety measures
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets standards
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Monitor and control project budgets
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders ## Qualifications
• Proven experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes
• Proficiency in construction estimating and budgeting
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
