Sales Manager – Construction Aggregate Materials & Material Processing Services Cougar Companies 1841 Ortiz Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33905

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for aggregate materials and material processing services, including rock crushing, screening, and related solutions. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and develop strategic sales plans to enhance market presence.

Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for aggregate materials and processing services. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate closely with operations to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for growth. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reporting to senior management. Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to represent the company. Oversee preparation and negotiation of proposals, contracts, and service agreements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in aggregate materials, construction materials, or material processing services. Proven track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of aggregate processing operations, including rock crushing and screening. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Current and established resident of SW Florida who possesses familiarity with the local construction environment. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history.
