HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
Oversees and manages construction and/or remodeling projects throughout the TMH Campus in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations.
Maintains Above Ceiling Permit Program, Preconstruction Risk Assessment, hot work permits, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; Human Resources may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.
Preferred Education:
None.
Required Experience:
Five (5) years of maintenance or construction management experience.
Five (5) years of experience with CMS, Joint Commission, AHCA, and/or NPFA compliance.
Preferred Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare facilities or construction management role.
