Role:
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Tilt-Wall Superintendent to join our team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in tilt-wall construction projects, with specific experience in building auto dealerships. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of tilt-wall construction projects, from planning through completion. Coordinate and supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards on site. Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in tilt-wall construction. Proven experience in managing auto dealership construction projects. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents. Proficient in project management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Certification in Project Management or related field.
