Industrial/Warehouse Construction Location:
Nationwide Travel (Home base preferred near major airport)

Position Summary:
The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for industrial and warehouse projects nationwide. This role requires extensive travel and hands-on experience managing large-scale warehouse builds from ground-up through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on active job sites across the U.S. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to project managers. Conduct regular site meetings and inspections. Resolve field issues promptly and effectively. Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial/warehouse construction projects. Proven track record of managing ground-up warehouse builds. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%).
