Job Description
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production, schedule adherence, and quality control for construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Job Requirements Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on projects of similar size and complexity. Current safety credentials, including OSHA-30 and
EM 385-1-1. USACE
project experience (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Procore software (a plus). Understanding of construction methods, practices, schedules, logistics, and budgets. Ability to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings. Preferred Skills Experience in conducting subcontractor coordination meetings. Familiarity with NAVFAC Red Zone and quality control meetings. Job Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily production and schedule adherence on assigned projects. Enforce strict quality control requirements and jobsite safety standards. Attend NAVFAC Red Zone meetings, partner meetings, and quality control meetings. Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and ensure effective communication. Discover and resolve issues by collecting data, analyzing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. Maintain a logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems. Perform on-site duties until project completion and acceptance. Address other tasks as assigned to ensure project success.
