The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes and software. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize construction management software such as Contractor Foreman, Builder Trend, and Jobber for project tracking and documentation. Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations on the construction site. Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any potential risks or delays. Requirements Proven experience in construction coordination or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in construction management software such as Contractor Foreman, G Suite, Construct Connect, and Builder Trend is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members. Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools is a plus.
