Dueall is seeking a dependable and organized Material Coordinator to oversee material storage yards within active residential and commercial job sites. This role is critical in ensuring high-value materials like windows, doors, stucco, and drywall are properly received, tracked, and distributed. You’ll help implement basic inventory systems, maintain yard organization, and provide real-time visibility to support the field team and reduce material loss.

Here’s the work you get to do: Manage the daily operation and organization of on-site material storage yards across various communities Track incoming material deliveries and usage using simple logs, spreadsheets, or mobile apps Maintain accurate inventory of stored materials (e.g., windows, doors, stucco, drywall) and flag shortages or overages Control access to materials-check subcontractors in/out and monitor withdrawals Keep the yard clean, safe, and secure while coordinating restocks with project teams Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role: 3+ years of experience in warehouse, yard, or construction material coordination Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using spreadsheets or digital tools to track inventory Able to work outdoors and lift/move materials as needed Excellent communication and follow-up skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Familiarity with construction materials and site logistics Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive in maintaining order and accountability
