The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in schematics, pipeline work, and safety regulations. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety standards. Responsibilities Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including subcontractors and laborers. Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and quality of work. Prepare and maintain project documentation using software such as Prolog and HeavyBid for budgeting and estimating purposes. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to resolve issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting practices. Familiarity with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid is preferred. Proficient in using software applications like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
