Responsibilities May Include:
Overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and project timelines. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Managing and maintaining construction equipment. Potentially involved in employee training and development. Proactively identifying and resolving on-site challenges and problems. Maintaining accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Valid Driver’s License is required. Ability to travel out of town as required by project needs. Basic computer skills.
