Project Superintendent Floor Source of Florida Bradenton, FL 34211 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Flooring Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide construction activities. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively using software like ProCore. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Implement OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction or flooring industry.
