Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Actively pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and referrals.
Roof Inspections:
Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess damage, identify needs, and gather information for accurate estimates.
Sales Presentations:
Present roofing solutions and proposals to homeowners, highlighting benefits and features of different materials and services.
Closing Deals:
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Insurance Claim Assistance:
Help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process, providing support and guidance.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and addressing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, explain technical details, and build rapport.
Sales Experience:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a residential setting or related industry.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with different roofing materials, installation processes, and industry standards.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to climb ladders, work on roofs, and handle physical demands of the job.
