Next Dimension Roofing is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations and lead our crews in delivering top-tier roofing projects. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities on commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.) Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment on job sites Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet company quality standards Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular job site safety inspections Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders Conduct daily job site reports and track project progress Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively Maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites at all times
Qualifications:
1+ years of commercial roofing experience Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
OSHA 10/30
certification preferred
