We are currently seeking a Bridge Superintendent to work out of our Hobe Sound office. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bridge Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management software, and the ability to effectively communicate. Duties Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety standards. Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities effectively. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and communications. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols on job sites. Experience interpreting schematics and managing pipeline projects is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively. Familiar working with HCSS Experience driving piles/sheet piles Experience working with cranes on barges Experience with FDOT protocols Experience with all aspects of bridge building Driver’s License with a clean driving record Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test Ferreira provides a generous benefit program which includes Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Health Savings Account, 401k with company match.
