Our client is a fast-paced and well established construction company specializing in concrete,etc. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Office Manager to join our team and support our administrative and operational functions. $60,000 – $70,000 per year

High School Responsibilities Permitting:

Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities Track permit status and maintain related documentation Communicate with city officials, engineers, and project managers to resolve permitting issues

Accounting Support:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Reconcile bank and credit card statements

AIA Billing:

Prepare and submit

AIA G702/G703

billing documents Coordinate with project managers for billing updates Track payment status and follow up on outstanding receivables

Office Management:

Manage office supplies, vendors, and equipment Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) Coordinate meetings, travel, and scheduling for the team

Construction Administration:

Support project teams with document control and reporting Maintain subcontractor and vendor files, insurance, and compliance records Assist in contract preparation and change order management Skills
