Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Buildertrend for project tracking and documentation. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that arise. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any potential delays or challenges. Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders, including timelines, milestones, and any variances from the plan. Skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and tools. Experience with construction management software such as ProCore or Buildertrend is highly desirable.
