Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Paver Supervisor to lead and manage multiple job sites across our service area from Vero Beach to Delray Beach. This is a field-based leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful execution of residential and commercial paving projects—including driveways, patios, pool decks, and more. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of paver installation along with a proven ability to coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise paver crews and subcontractors to ensure work meets company quality standards and timelines. Assist with correction of paver issues. Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and job site logistics. Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with company policies. Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively. Conduct quality checks throughout each phase of the project. progress and any issues back to management regularly.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required. Strong knowledge of paver installation techniques, materials, and industry best practices. Proven leadership and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Experience managing crews and working with subcontractors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supervising residential and commercial paving projects. Familiarity with job site documentation and reporting. ICPI certification is a plus but not required.
