  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Open to Relocation for the right candidate. Please apply if you feel you are a fit. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor and report on project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to align expectations and address concerns. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
Proven experience in managing paving or site development projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field highly preferred
Strong knowledge of roadway and asphalt construction processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
