QUALIFICATIONS

. Minimum 7 years as a Superintendent on heavy civil, bridge, or structural projects – must have marine experience Experience with projects between 20 million and 50 million preferred Strong understanding of project scheduling, LEAN processes, and safety standards Proven leadership and communication skills Degree in construction management or engineering preferred, or equivalent field experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily field operations and ensure teams are set up for success from morning start to project close. Lead, coach, and support crew members with clear expectations, performance evaluations, and daily job guidance. Conduct regular safety and equipment inspections (machinery, vehicles, crews). Track project progress and profitability, using tools like HCSS HeavyJob, Microsoft Office, and field dailies. Maintain consistent communication with team members and clients; proactively resolve job site issues. Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders including subcontractors, engineers, and internal leadership. Monitor job costs, manage budgets, and drive timely, within-budget project completion.
