P&P Architects, an award-winning firm based in Miami, is looking for individuals to team up on transit, planning, urban design, commercial and institutional projects. P&P has local/regional work as well as large scale international projects.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture and/or Construction Administration.
• Architectural Background.
• Experience in Construction Administration.
• Pro-active attitude, attention to detail and highly organized.
• Extensive Knowledge of Construction Means and Methods.
• Knowledge of Building, Life Safety and ADA Codes.
• Knowledge of Safety and OSHA Requirements.
• Proficient in detailing, construction document, systems coordination, and specification experience
• Ability to collaborate in a construction environment.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction managements software.

(Procore, Newforma, Microsoft Projects, etc.) Salary is based on qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, P&P offers healthcare coverage and 401K plan.
