As experienced glazing contractors, we specialize in delivering high-quality solutions for a wide range of commercial projects. We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our office team. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project management operations, ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and execution of commercial glazing projects. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling, project planning, and documentation Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Support with material orders, submittals, and RFIs Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients Maintain organized project files and track project progress

Qualifications:

AutoCAD Ability to read architectural and structural plans is essential Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook English required; bilingual preferred CNC Operator experience is a plus
