Requirements:
Construction experience is required Supervisor experience is required Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Strong communication and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of a project
Job Duties:
Supervise daily job site operations Take daily attendance Conduct weekly safety meetings every Monday Maintain and control the tool shed Ensure the job site is clean and organized at the end of each day Submit daily reports to company owners (morning and afternoon) Additional duties as assigned over time
Incentives:
