• What You’ll Do
• Oversee all BIM/VDC processes from start to finish.
• Establish and maintain BIM/VDC standards, best practices, and protocols.
• Create and update 3D models to support design, construction, and facility management.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BIM/VDC into daily workflows.
• Lead a team of BIM/VDC pros, offering mentorship and guidance.
• Provide training and technical support for various BIM/VDC tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and stay informed on the latest industry trends.
• What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in construction or development.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit, Auto

CAD, BIM

360, and similar software.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with multifamily projects is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications (like Autodesk Certified Professional) are beneficial.
• Compensation and Benefits

• Salary:

• $110,000
• $135,000 per year (depending on experience).
