The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, contract negotiation, and the use of construction management software. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop project schedules and coordinate activities among various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and clients. Assist in managing day-to-day operations on multiple construction sites. Support Project Managers in tracking project timelines, scope, and budgets. Help with coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Review and interpret construction plans and ensure that the crew understands project requirements. Assist in the preparation and submission of project status reports. Monitor job sites to ensure safety regulations and company standards are met. Coordinate with office administration for project documentation and report updates. Perform job site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards. Provide problem-solving support when issues arise on the job site. Skills Proven experience or background in civil construction, especially in concrete and asphalt work. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Basic understanding of OSHA safety regulations and construction safety best practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Strong communication skills for interaction with management, crews, and subcontractors. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and project management software. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Valid driver’s license; company vehicle may be provided for job site visits.
