We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) construction, particularly in drive-thru development. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional project management skills, and in-depth knowledge of the fast-food restaurant industry. The ideal candidate can be based in Orlando or Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple drive-thru restaurant construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet design and brand standards. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce quality control. Utilize project management tools for tracking budgets, schedules, and reporting. Lead project teams and subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship. Communicate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Travel 30%

Qualifications:

Education – bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required). Relevant experience in the construction of drive-thru QSRs may be considered in lieu of a degree. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques specific to drive-thru fast-food restaurant builds. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Deep understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills , effectively working with stakeholders, team members, and external partners. Hands-on experience managing contractors, vendors, and suppliers within the restaurant construction industry. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project). Exceptional problem-solving skills , with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Adaptability in fast-paced environments , maintaining professionalism while handling challenges.
