The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera for project planning and tracking. Oversee the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and schedules. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Review blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project execution. Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities. Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status, challenges, and milestones achieved. Experience Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is essential. Familiarity with construction management software including HeavyBid is highly desirable. Strong skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating are required. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively on construction sites while ensuring high-quality outcomes. A solid understanding of construction processes and regulations is critical for success in this role.
