Construction Project Manager PMI Sunshine State Miami Beach, FL 33139 Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires expertise in project scheduling, estimating, and contract management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, Board of Directors and clients to facilitate project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets for various project components. Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly to minimize delays. Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and safety compliance. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and clients. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
