We provide top quality commercial flooring to commercial sectors and we’re looking for a Full-Time Construction Project Manager. In order to succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter and able to take initiative. The ability to solve problems, meet deadlines, and run multiple projects simultaneously is a must.

Responsibilities:

Manage product submittals for projects Setting up contracts Budgets Scope Changes AIA billing Project closeouts/warranties Lien waivers

Preferred Experience:

Must be able to read, understand and analyze project drawings and specifications. Work experience in the construction field is preferred but not mandatory
