You’ll be the point person between our GC clients, internal teams, and field labor, ensuring smooth coordination, clean execution, and zero rework. This is a results-first role for a pro who knows the ins and outs of drywall—from metal framing to Level 5 finish. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of drywall-specific scopes, including framing, hanging, taping, finishing, and inspections. Coordinate labor and material deliveries across multiple job sites. Ensure field crews meet quality, safety, and productivity standards daily. Read and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and schedules. Conduct site walks and pre-task planning with field supervisors. Interface with GCs, superintendents, and inspectors to ensure alignment and resolve issues proactively. Monitor labor hours and production rates, submitting daily/weekly reports. Track change orders, punch lists, and final inspections. Maintain real-time communication between office and field. Oversee project billing and invoicing , ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and alignment with contracted terms. Create accurate material takeoffs and procurement lists to ensure timely delivery and prevent delays. Qualifications 5+ years managing drywall projects (metal stud framing, drywall install, finishing). Hands-on experience with subcontractor field operations preferred. Strong blueprint reading and construction documentation skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent field reporting tools. Excellent crew management and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
