The ideal candidate will be proficient in professional estimating and project scheduling software and posses experience in high end modern finishes, construction methods and processes. Architectural, Design or IT knowledge would be of great additional benefit to augment this position.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the physical construction of high-end residential and commercial projects. This role requires comprehensive experience in the construction industry, including project coordination, subcontractor management, cost estimating, and schedule tracking. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and brings deep knowledge of construction methods, particularly in luxury finishes and modern design. Architectural, design, or IT expertise is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate daily activities, supervise job site operations, and manage subcontractors and vendors Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and budgets Negotiate and draft subcontractor agreements Handle construction site administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports Manage permits, submittals, approvals, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Support procurement and coordination of materials and resources Maintain detailed daily logs and compile weekly client updates Prepare project estimates and manage requisition billings Oversee project quality control and resolve any field or subcontractor conflicts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 10 years of hands-on construction experience, with a strong background in high-end residential/commercial projects Expertise in estimating, budgeting, and scheduling Strong knowledge of modern construction materials, methods, and finishes

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Project Experience using construction management software on Mac OS and iPads Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, contracts, and codes Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable leading meetings and client presentations Advanced mathematical and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
