Posted Yesterday Project Manager - High-End Residential Construction We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our high-end residential general contracting firm, recognized for excellence in custom homes and luxury remodels for over 38 years.
This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple residential construction projects, ensuring top-tier quality, seamless coordination, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of new builds and remodels in high-end residential construction.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedules.
Collaborate with homeowners, architects, designers, and stakeholders to maintain seamless communication.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost estimation for projects.
Interpret and ensure project alignment with architectural and construction documents.
Prepare progress reports and client updates, while managing risks and timelines.
Travel between active job sites, acting as the on-site project liaison when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction (new builds & remodels).
Expertise in construction processes, materials, and architectural plans.
Strong leadership and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, Adobe, Procore, and Jonas Software.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
