This role is key to ensuring our job sites are run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading site crews and subcontractors, maintaining timelines, and upholding best practices in both construction and safety. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site activities, supervising self-performed and subcontracted work, coordinating with the project team, and driving each project’s successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, workers, subcontractors, and vendors Create and assign daily/weekly tasks for self-performed scopes Ensure alignment of site activity with project timelines and deadlines Oversee ordering and on-time delivery of site materials and equipment Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards Mentor and train Tranel Group site staff to maintain company expectations Develop and monitor subcontractor schedules and performance Work with the project team to monitor budgets and progress Support problem-solving on-site and maintain smooth workflow across teams Who You Are 5+ years of construction experience in a supervisory or lead site role Ability to read and implement construction drawings and specifications Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards Experience in high-end residential and commercial builds with a general contractor preferred Familiarity with construction software (Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, etc.) Excellent leadership, time management, and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of Cayman Islands construction laws and safety codes is an asset Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment when needed Valid driver’s license and reliable site transportation required

USD $60,000-$80,000
