This position is responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management. Duties Supervise daily construction activities and manage site personnel to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to maintain schedules. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and ProCore for effective project tracking and reporting. Oversee quality control measures to ensure the integrity of work performed meets industry standards. Assist in the development of project estimates and budgets while ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Skills Proficient in construction management principles and practices. Experience with construction estimating and budgeting techniques. Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies. Familiarity with quality control processes in the construction industry. Ability to effectively utilize construction management software, including Prolog and ProCore. Competence in using tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical work assessments (if applicable).
