Job Description
I’m representing a serial award winning leading construction firm to find multiple Superintendents! They have built high-quality multifamily projects across Dade County for over 50 years and have a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale multifamily projects (Over $100 million), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Maintain project schedules and timelines, proactively addressing delays or issues. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design or construction challenges. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation. Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
