Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage mid-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing similar projects and will be proficient in the software tools necessary for effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and report on any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
