Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to oversee and manage all on-site activities for our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. •

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment. •

Quality Control:

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly. •

Scheduling:

Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress. •

Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. Identify and address any cost overruns or budgetary concerns. •

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions. •

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Provide regular updates on project status and progress. •

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Implement solutions to keep projects on track.
