Full Job Description Requirements:

English / Spanish Minimum of 1 years’ experience in electrical construction industry. Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills Dependability Strong organizational skills Proficient at Microsoft Office Experience within Accubid & Blue Beam software is a plus Knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take offs, contracts, requirements, and bonding.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred) Full job description Assist with multiple projects from start to finish. Obtain necessary construction documentation/permits as requested. Print construction documents including large scale drawings and specifications. Attend and document construction meetings with project management team. Manage project documentation, including Emails, RFIs, change orders, and submittals Gather and prepare project submittals and shop drawings for compliance with specifications. Gather and prepare construction closeout documentation. Assist with other daily tasks as requested.

NOTE:

This is position is not a tele-work position, and will require you to be in the office. Summary As an Electrical Office Assistant PM, you will be integral to the smooth operation of project scheduling and coordination within the construction management team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize your organizational and communication skills to manage contracts and assist in project management tasks. Your proficiency in tools such as Bluebeam, along with your understanding of electrical systems and construction processes, will enhance project efficiency. Fluency in both Spanish and English will facilitate effective communication across diverse teams, ensuring successful project execution and collaboration.
