MISSION FOR SITE SUPERVISOR
The Site supervisor is essential to internal project operations and represents company’s best interests Manages foremen and non-supervisory employees if the project demands. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all fieldwork. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. OUTCOMES
Works independently and in cooperation with Foreman, project manager, and back office to plan, direct, correct, and coordinate designated projects to ensure that the goals of the project are accomplished within the time frame and budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, Oversee, and Coordinate the below per standard operational procedures. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm on the sites Train employees, plan and direct work, perform performance assessments, reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems. Scheduling/assigning work, daily operations on assigned projects Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and change orders Assists Project manager with paperwork Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine the reason for any discrepancies. Communicating job progress with the foreman and project manager Workforce management and safety compliance Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs Interacts with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and commitment to the cost estimates.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED 10
years experience in the electrical field or on a management level Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience in running a crew of 30+ (3 site supervisors with a crew ranging from 5-10 people) Knowledge of Miami electrical codes Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents needed to successfully complete the project
