Electrical Superintendent
Medley, FL Direct-Hire $110000.00 – $130000.00 Onsite Job Description Seeking Electrical Superintendent in Miami, FL. Salary 110K – 130k DOE As a Superintendent you will have the opportunity to: Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job
Develop and update the project schedule
Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces
Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
Maintain accurate cost reports

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED required
At least 8 (eight) years of commercial construction experience is required
2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor
Experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring successfully
Experience with Conest and Accubid Software
Experience with project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
