• Job Summary:

• We are seeking an individual with at least some basic knowledge in community maintenance/construction work to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying community violations, ensuring vendor projects are completed on time, as per their contractual obligations. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of the community vendors, including supervising and coordinating the work under the directive of our LCAM’s.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure homeowner compliance.
• Manage and maintain accurate reporting records and documentation.
• Utilize management software, to track project progress and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with managers and board members to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
• Conduct thorough site safety audits and recommend corrective actions to ensure a safe environment.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in construction or community maintenance work.
• Ability to develop and manage multiple projects and schedules.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to conduct daily inspections that may require extensive walking or climbing.
