Foreman Ballagas Construction 1200 Brickell Ave Ste 1950, Miami, FL 33131 Summary The Foreman will oversee and manage construction tasks and activities for craft and labor crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Coordinate overall construction activities. Direct field and subcontractor personnel to achieve production and scheduling goals. Schedule field personnel assignments and assist in ordering materials. Inspect construction work as necessary to ensure quality. Enforce safety protocols throughout the construction process. Ensure compliance with all quality standards. Maintain an organized and efficient job site. Minimum Requirements At least five (5) years of progressive experience in construction management.
