Job Description
General Contractor Confidential Coral Gables, FL 33114 Miami Property Management Company seeking a Registered General Contractor to help renovate/make ready different multifamily apartments. Please only apply if you’re enthusiastic, you know the Miami-Dade building codes, and you speak English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct building projects from start to finish. Examine the project thoroughly in order to schedule deliverables and evaluate expenditures. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure that all building and safety rules are followed. Coordination and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors Choose tools, supplies, and equipment, and keep inventory. Negotiate agreement conditions, prepare contracts, and secure permits and licenses
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related profession is preferred. General Contractor License is strongly preferred Capabilities in leadership and people management.
