Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with proven healthcare experience to take full ownership of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification . Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in the healthcare and government sectors . Oversee project budgets, schedules, submittals, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Manage project documentation and workflow using Procore , ensuring real-time updates and reporting. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues. Negotiate subcontracts, track change orders, and review pay applications. Conduct regular jobsite visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality. Prepare and present project status updates and financial reports to stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to contract requirements, building codes, and compliance standards. Support and mentor assistant project managers and field staff. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (healthcare/government experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Procore , Microsoft Project, and other construction management software. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and permitting processes. Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities with a focus on team collaboration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to travel to project sites and manage multiple jobs concurrently. OSHA certification and valid driver’s license are preferred.
