Junior Construction Project Manager High End Construction Miami Beach, FL 33141 Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate home construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution. Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications. Utilize software tools such as Constructioj Online for project scheduling and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare detailed project schedules and updates for stakeholders. Ensure all safety regulations are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong proficiency in reading and understanding of construction documents. Familiarity with project coordination tools such as Construction Oline. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of project scheduling techniques is preferred. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
