MEP Superintendent Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Your new company I’ve partnered with a large well known local general contractor to help them find an MEP Superintendent. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of MEP installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your new role Supervise and coordinate MEP installations, with a focus on hydronic piping systems. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent with a general contractor, specifically with hydronic piping systems. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
