We’re seeking a Production Manager to take full ownership of job flow and field execution, ensuring top-tier delivery and client satisfaction.

Role Summary:

As our Production Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing project execution from sale to final inspection. This is a hands-on management role, working closely with contractors, permitting departments, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and code-compliant completion of every job.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage subcontractors and in-house crews Oversee active job sites to ensure quality and progress Coordinate materials, inspections, and permitting Communicate daily with clients and internal sales/admin staff Resolve field issues quickly and professionally Ensure every project meets or exceeds expectations

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project/production management Deep knowledge of construction processes (roofing, windows, remodeling preferred) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Must be highly organized, dependable, and assertive Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
