Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Execution Supervisor to lead the execution of residential construction and remodeling projects . This role involves coordinating on-site work, managing subcontractors, verifying installation quality, organizing execution schedules, and ensuring all projects are delivered according to plan. The ideal candidate will be bilingual , proactive , organized, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the execution of residential remodeling projects, including fences, pergolas, patios, driveways, impact windows, swimming pools, and other related interior/exterior improvements. Compute and verify material quantities based on approved drawings and site needs. Make corrections in AutoCAD related to layout, materials, or measurements. Develop and manage daily and weekly execution schedules. Supervise subcontractors on site and ensure their tasks are completed according to plan and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and the internal project team to clarify scopes, timelines, and expectations. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively. Request and compare material quotes from suppliers and coordinate with purchasing for timely orders. Prepare weekly reports detailing progress, materials used, pending issues, and upcoming milestones.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or field supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD for plan reading and basic modifications. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Bilingual:

English and Spanish (mandatory). Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule:
