Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery ofCommercial and Luxury Residential Projects. Client Details OurClient is an established and Tech Savvy General Contractor that hasa successful track record of delivery commercial and LuxuryResidential Projects in Miami (including restaurants). DescriptionResponsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project.

Including, estimating, scheduling, quality control, progressreports, progress billing, design review and coordination, costreporting, safety, and proposal preparation Ensure an accurate andcomplete project estimate Work closely with owners and the designteam to develop preliminary concept drawings Participate in theproposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work,discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideasOversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractorsConduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site Make sound decisionsunder tight deadlines Organize, plan, and manage multipleactivities to accomplish desired results Commit to quality byevaluating project-related processes Make necessary changes, usecustomer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal andexternal client expectations Organize, plan, and manage multipleactivities to accomplish desired results Exhibit commitment toquality by evaluating project-related processes.
