We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial and/or residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing timelines, budgets, teams, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise on-site. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure project standards are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field). 5+ years of experience in construction project management. Proven success managing commercial or residential construction projects. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Proficient in project management software and construction documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
